I highly recommend Zerorez!
I was referred to Zerorez by a friend, and when i called I was fortunate to get an appointment the next day. That morning I received a phone call to let me know the technician was on his way (his ETA was accurate). Jonathan was courteous, polite, and he not only explained all my options but demonstrated why each was beneficial. But then he left the decision to ME- he didn't push me to a service that I opted out of. I don't know how old my carpets are, but they look like new. Even the high traffic areas are stain-free and the fibers are fluffed. Amazing. I highly recommend Zerorez!
