Carpet Cleaning in St. Petersburg, FL

The cleaning was thorough and the result was exceptional. The cleaner took his time explaining what to expect, what spots were treatable and what would likely still be present, etc. I appreciated him taking time to walk me through it. Everything looks like new!

 I was referred to Zerorez by a friend, and when i called I was fortunate to get an appointment the next day. That morning I received a phone call to let me know the technician was on his way (his ETA was accurate). Jonathan was courteous, polite, and he not only explained all my options but demonstrated why each was beneficial. But then he left the decision to ME- he didn't push me to a service that I opted out of. I don't know how old my carpets are, but they look like new. Even the high traffic areas are stain-free and the fibers are fluffed. Amazing. I highly recommend Zerorez!

 I've been waiting for Zerorez to make it to Tampa, and was so happy to have them clean my carpets. The technician was very friendly and helpful in moving the furniture out of the way, and he explained exactly what he was doing throughout the process. The carpets look and feel so much cleaner, and he was able to remove some stubborn stains. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
