 I am a first time customer of Zerorez. It was easy to set up an appointment. They gave me a reminder the day before and the technicians called when they were on their way. Armani and Jeremy did a great job! They explained everything to me in detail and let me know other services they offered. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. They finished in less than an hour. Stains that I didn't expect to come up did! I am very pleased.

The technician was very friendly and helpful in moving the furniture out of the way, and he explained exactly what he was doing throughout the process. The carpets look and feel so much cleaner, and he was able to remove some stubborn stains. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The techs were prompt, professional, and explained everything they were doing. Great service and very happy with the finished product. Even got dog urine stains out of the carpet. Thank goodness! I would recommend to friends and family, especially if they have kids. No residue left on the carpet so I'm comfortable with my kids playing on it.
