The techs were prompt, professional, and explained everything they were doing. Great service and very happy with the finished product. Even got dog urine stains out of the carpet. Thank goodness! I would recommend to friends and family, especially if they have kids. No residue left on the carpet so I'm comfortable with my kids playing on it.

I was absolutely blown away by not only the service technician, Armani, but the work that he provided. I originally heard about zero rez on the radio and thought that I should try it out. Our dog had recently had an accident in the only carpeted room in the house! I promptly picked up the phone and scheduled an appointment. Armani arrived on time and was extremely professional. He explained everything he did every step of the way. I can't believe how clean and fresh my carpets are ! They look brand new again . Highly recommend using this service.

 I was referred to Zerorez by a friend, and when i called I was fortunate to get an appointment the next day. That morning I received a phone call to let me know the technician was on his way (his ETA was accurate). Jonathan was courteous, polite, and he not only explained all my options but demonstrated why each was beneficial. But then he left the decision to ME- he didn't push me to a service that I opted out of. I don't know how old my carpets are, but they look like new. Even the high traffic areas are stain-free and the fibers are fluffed. Amazing. I highly recommend Zerorez!

The technician was very friendly and helpful in moving the furniture out of the way, and he explained exactly what he was doing throughout the process. Armani was very friendly and professional. He worked extremely fast! He cleaned 2 bedrooms and one area rug in about an hour. I was very impressed with how easily spots and dirt came out when only spraying alkaline water...and that was before he even used the hot water extraction process. He did a very thorough job, making sure to clean up any remaining water that got into our tile around the rug. I am definitely going to use Zerorez again in the future!

Zerorez came and did my entire house (4 rooms, hallway, office and two pieces of furniture. The final results were great. All of the stains we had in the carpet are gone and now our chase lounge is usable again. The technicians that did the cleaning were smart, on time and nice. The whole process took about 3 and a half hours.
